OUR RIDES

We head out every weekend of the year. You can expect to ride between 90km and 140km on our Saturday rides, and between 60km and 80km on our Sunday rides (depending on the time of year). We ride in two groups - our Steady group rides at an average speed of 32kph, while our Steadfast group rides at 35kph. We start at Yas Cycles in Al Zeina for our rides to Al Wathba on a Saturday and our Sunday rides, and Amity School for our Saturday rides out to the Power Station (known as the ADNOC ride). Check out our Strava page for the latest info on our rides.

adnoc

Our ADNOC ride heads out from Amity International School every alternate Saturday. The pancake-flat terrain means it's a textbook ride in the UAE, full of crosswinds and headwinds.

al wathba

The Wathba ride heads out to Abu Dhabi's free cycle track in the desert. Expect camels and a few rolling hills, and we also pass the iconic venue of the annual Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival.

Yas Island

Our main Sunday route takes in quiet roads with almost zero climbing, and covers 70km at an average pace of 31kph. Once again, the main challenge here is strong winds.

Once in a while, we offer a different route for our Sunday rides, including this route around Khalifa City. It's flat and ideal for tired legs in need of a social recovery spin, or less experienced riders.

Please note: routes and distances are subject to change and are at the ride captain's discretion. Make sure you visit Strava for up-to-date ride info.
